Welcome to DealValy LLC! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of any mobile games, software applications, and related services (collectively, the "Applications") developed and published by DealValy LLC.
By installing or using our Applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use our Applications.
DealValy LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and run a copy of the Application on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment or utility purposes.
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Applications—including but not limited to source code, algorithms, graphic layouts, game sprites, UI elements, characters, sound effects, music, and trademarks (such as "DealValy")—are owned exclusively by DealValy LLC. You acquire no ownership rights under these Terms.
You acknowledge that our Applications may display third-party advertisements delivered by Google AdMob or other partner ad networks. The placement and contents of these advertisements are outside our direct control, and you agree that DealValy LLC is not liable for any content or claims displayed in third-party advertisements.
OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, DEALVALY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEALVALY OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPLICATIONS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DealValy LLC from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your download, installation, or misuse of the Applications, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Applications after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms and your use of our Applications shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.
